Gavin Humble President
Gavin, a seasoned political strategist with nearly a decade of experience, has played key roles in some of the nation’s most competitive campaigns. His career began in 2015, helping deliver Florida for President Trump in a pivotal swing state victory. In 2018, he was instrumental in Ron DeSantis’ narrow gubernatorial win, and by 2020, he was supporting GOP successes across the South and Midwest with a leading Republican consulting firm.
In 2021, Gavin helped flip Virginia red as Deputy State Director for Governor Glenn Youngkin’s historic campaign. He continued his impact as Political Director for Pennsylvania’s closely contested 2022 U.S. Senate race, for now, U.S. Senator Dave McCormick, and as National Deputy Political Director for Vivek Ramaswamy’s 2024 presidential campaign, where he helped elevate Ramaswamy as a leader in the America First movement.
Beyond campaigns, Gavin has partnered with advocacy groups like Gun Owners of America, Hunter Nation, and The Family Leader to advance conservative values and mobilize grassroots efforts nationwide.
Now, as President of 5 Point Strategy Group, Gavin leverages his experience and leadership to deliver innovative strategies and measurable success for Republican causes nationwide
Jake Chapman Vice President
Jake Chapman is a dynamic and results-oriented political leader with extensive experience in legislative processes, campaign strategy, public policy development, and state governance. As the former President of the Iowa State Senate, he managed legislative procedures and facilitated productive dialogue among senators, spearheading significant legislation on education reform, economic development, tax policy, and public safety.
In addition to his legislative work, he served as Iowa State Co-Chair for Ted Cruz’s presidential campaign during the 2016 Iowa caucus, where he played a pivotal role in organizing grassroots efforts that led to Cruz winning the Iowa Caucus, establishing a competitive narrative for the remainder of the Cruz campaign. Most recently, Chapman served as Iowa State Co-Chair for Vivek Ramaswamy’s 2024 presidential campaign, where he focused on mobilizing support among Iowa voters and promoting Ramaswamy’s vision for the future. His involvement in both campaigns highlights his expertise and versatility within local, federal, and presidential campaigns.

Charles Nodine is a seasoned political consultant with extensive experience in campaign strategy, candidate development, and voter outreach. Charles’s resume includes work with high-profile campaigns such as Trump 2020, the National Republican Senatorial Committee (NRSC), Rubio 2022, Ramaswamy 2023, and numerous local, state, and federal races. His deep understanding of local and national political dynamics makes him a trusted advisor to candidates at every level of government.
