Kayla Gubov is the Director of Executive Operations at 5 Point Strategy Group, where she supports high-level leadership and manages internal operations across the firm’s political and strategic initiatives. She brings expertise in streamlining workflows, coordinating national events, and executing projects that advance organizational goals. Kayla is also a leader and active member in several grassroots and young professional Conservative organizations.

With nearly a decade of experience in executive operations, consulting, and politics, Kayla has supported senior leaders in high-pressure, fast-paced environments. She previously served in the Trump White House, Office of National Drug Control Policy. Her background includes roles in top-tier consulting firms and strategic advisory work. After more than 10 years in Washington, DC, she still loves exploring the city—and in her free time, she enjoys weightlifting and staying active.
